Placing an Order
(1) Online shopping
Place the item to the shopping cart
Create your own account
Finalize your order by following the shopping guide.
(2) Fax order
Create your own account and log in. Down load the Order Form key and fax the order to us.
Orders are shipped through US Mail, UPS and FedEx. If you like to rush your order, please let us know. We may not be able to ship the items in some cases such as the manufactures sudden discontinuation of the items. We apologize for inconvenience
(1) Delivery Schedule- Most of the orders will be delivered 7-10 days once you place the order.
- We will ship the items in 1-2days (Except on weekends.) If the items are out of stock, we will ship as soon as we have them back in the stock.
We won't be able to ship your order for the desired date of delivery date, sorry for the inconvenience.
(2) Where is my order?- If you didn't receive your order after 2weeks there might be a problem at the customs. Please contact us so we can check the status of your order.
- Domestic Orders are shipped through US Mail (1st Class or Priority Mail depending on weight, size, & location), 2-7 day delivery or UPS Ground from Los Angels.
- We do not offered any special packing service such as gift-wrapping.
(1) Credit Card
We accept :
- All orders must be paid with a credit card at the time of purchase.
- Currency for the Payment is US dollars. Exchange rate will vary by the credit company.
- Shipment will delay when we can't process the payment.
(2) Pre-paid Orders
- Total amount will be the items +shipping cost.
- We will e-mail you the final cost of your order.
- The customers must pay all bank fee.
- Your order will ship out once we receive payment.
- If you send us more than your cost we will credit on your next order or we will refund on your account but the service fee will be on your cost. Also if the amount you paid is not enough to cover the cost, we will hold the shipment until you pay the full amount. So please make sure the amount you send us is correct.
* Please send your payment after we let us know the total amount by e-mail. Shipping cost discount is only for the nittsu pelican.

Your total merchandise order will determines standard Shipping Charges. (Shipping amount calculated through shopping cart is for international orders only.)
We will let you know the shipping cost according to the weight of your shipment.
9.75% tax will be charged for the orders in CA State.
All bank charges and customs fee must be paid by the customers.
- If you received the wrong or damaged items, please let us know within a week after your item arrival. (Please send the photo image as well.) We will send the replacement with no cost.
- We don't accept the return or exchange the items other than we mentioned above.

- In order to shop our online shop, you will need to register first. Once you registered it makes more convenient for your future order and registration is free.
